ENABLING EVOLUTION
ISC partnered with Wellness at Penn and Penn Medicine to standardize student medical and behavioral health records to the PennChart system. PennChart is a comprehensive health experience, emphasizing the wellness focus of the students.
Now we have only one patient record for each student, significantly improving the process.
Key Features
- Students have a single portal for accessing their medical records across the Wellness at Penn and Penn Medicine systems.
- Student Wellness medical and behavioral health information is consolidated into the same system, which allows for improved provider visibility when treating issues that cross these fields of patient care.
Testimonial
In consultation with key stakeholders across and beyond campus, their efforts led us to the adoption of PennChart as our unified health record, allowing us to bring together students' medical and counseling health information. This transition is vastly improving provider and patient usability through efficient cross-functionality with Penn Medicine.
